Our trainers are much more than classroom instructors. They conduct technical training programs for end users of various EHR (electronic health record) software applications. They determine training objectives and create lesson plans and other materials needed for training. Our team also configures the training environment to ensure end-users can practice using EHR software both inside and outside of the classroom. Also, they design and deliver new hire training and ongoing user training during system changes and upgrades. They are also qualified to implement a credentialed trainer program that ensures EHR instructors have the required level of system knowledge to deliver training effectively. Our trainers have training credentials for all EHR vendors as well as appropriate certifications.
